RESOLUÇÃO - RE Nº 2.415, DE 2 DE JUNHO DE 2011

O Diretor-Presidente da Agência Nacional de Vigilância Sanitária, no uso das atribuições que lhe conferem o Decreto de nomeação de 27 de abril de 2011 da Presidenta da República, publicado no DOU de 28 de abril de 2011 e o inciso X do art. 13 do Regulamento da ANVISA, aprovado pelo Decreto n° 3.029, de 16 de abril de 1999, tendo em vista o disposto no inciso VIII do art. 16 e no inciso I, § 1º do art. 55 do Regimento Interno da ANVISA, aprovado nos termos do Anexo I da Portaria n.º 354, de 11 de agosto de 2006, republicada no DOU de 21 de agosto de 2006, resolve:

Art. 1º Indeferir inclusão de nova forma farmacêutica já registrada no país, inclusão de novo acondicionamento, inclusão de nova apresentação comercial, inclusão de local de fabricação do medicamento de liberação convencional com prazo de análise e alteração de local de fabricação do medicamento de liberação convencional com prazo de análise, conforme relação anexa.

Art. 2º Esta Resolução entra em vigor na data de sua publicação.
