RESOLUÇÃO - RE Nº 2.874, DE 1º DE JULHO DE 2011

O Diretor-Presidente da Agência Nacional de Vigilância Sanitária, no uso das atribuições que lhe conferem o Decreto de nomeação de 27 de abril de 2011 da Presidenta da República, publicado no DOU de 28 de abril de 2011 e o inciso X do art. 13 do Regulamento da ANVISA, aprovado pelo Decreto n° 3.029, de 16 de abril de 1999, tendo em vista o disposto no inciso VIII do art. 16 e no inciso I, § 1º do art. 55 do Regimento Interno da ANVISA, aprovado nos termos do Anexo I da Portaria n.º 354, de 11 de agosto de 2006, republicada no DOU de 21 de agosto de 2006, resolve:

Art. 1º Indeferir inclusão de local de fabricação do medicamento de liberação convencional com prazo de análise, inclusão de nova apresentação comercial, inclusão de novo acondicionamento, renovação de registro de medicamento e alteração de local de fabricação do medicamento de liberação convencional com prazo de análise, conforme relação anexa.

Art. 2º Esta Resolução entra em vigor na data de sua publicação.
