It approves the Municipal Plans of Actions to Reduce Maternal and Neonatal Mortality, under the Project for Expansion and Consolidation of Family Health - PROESF and other measures.
THE MINISTER OF STATE FOR HEALTH, in exercise of his powers, and considering the terms of the Loan Agreement No. 7105-BR, between the Federative Republic of Brazil and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, which aims at the implementation of the Project for the Expansion and Consolidation of Family Health - PROESF, decides:
Article 1. To approve the Municipal Plans of Actions to Reduce Maternal and Neonatal Mortality, which are complementary to the Municipal Plans for Expansion and Consolidation of Family Health, of the municipalities in the Appendix of this ordinance.
Sole Paragraph. The municipalities dealt with in this article had their municipial plans approved ad referendum at the Municipal Commission Tripartite - CIT from September 2004.
Article 2. To set the values to be transferred from the National Health Fund to the corresponding Municipal Health Fund for the implementation of Phase I of the Project referred to in article 1 of this Ordinance in accordance with the Appendix of this decree.
§ 1 The values of transfers and the months of transfer shall comply with the Disbursement Schedule contained in the Annual Operational Plans – POA and Acquisitions Plans - AP of each Municipal Plan.
§ 2 The Secretariat of Health Care - SAS will send archive to the National Health Fund - FNS, in the format of the Transfer System Fund to Fund - SISFAF, with the relationship of cities and their respective values of transfer, respecting the total amount set out in the Appendix of this Ordinance.
Article 3. To establish that the budgetary resources that compose this Ordinance will be part of the budget of the Ministry of Health, and encumber the Work Program 10.301.1214.0442 - Financial Incentives for the Expansion and Consolidation of Family Health Strategy in municipalities with population more than 100 000 inhabitants.
Art 4. This Ordinance shall enter into force upon its publication.
