You must be registered as an HTAi member for 2011-2012 in order to participate in the HTAi 2011 Annual Meeting. Only participants with valid membership status for the coming year will be accepted for full registration in the event.

The following are open to non-members:

Full registration – includes participation in the scientific sessions and exhibits, congress kit with the final program and proceedings, coffee breaks, lunch boxes, welcome reception, and certificate of participation.

One-day Registration - Participation in the scientific sessions and exhibits on that day, congress kit with the final program and proceedings, coffee break and lunch box on that day, and certificate of participation (welcome reception not included).

The event is organized by a group of non-profit institutions, and the registration fees are earmarked for infrastructure, logistics, printing, and communications materials.


WORKSHOPS AND MINI-COURSES
Registration is open for the workshops and mini-courses. Delegates who will be participating in the conference can select workshops and mini-courses as part of the registration process.

TRAVEL GRANTS
Travel grants will be available to support a selected number of delegates from upper- middle, lower-middle, and low-income countries to participate in HTAi 2011. Click here for more information.


PAYMENT OPTIONS
Registration fees are listed in US dollars and will be converted to Brazilian Reais at the time of payment (according to the Brazilian Central Bank’s official exchange rate).

Registration feeds may be paid by credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD), wire transfer or nota de empenho.

The nota de empenho payment option is only available to residents in Brazil.

Payments at the meeting venue may be made by credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD).


CANCELLATION POLICY
Requests for cancellation must be submitted before May 30^th, 2011, by e-mail only (info@htai2011.org).

After September 1^st, 2011, 50% of the paid-up registration fee will be reimbursed.

Requests for cancellation will not be accepted after May 30^th, 2011.


SUBSTITUTION POLICY
Substitution of registrants must be requested before May 30^th, 2011, by e-mail only (info@htai2011.org).

A registration may only be transferred to another HTAi member that belongs to the same category as the original registrant.


CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY
The data requested during the registration process are strictly limited to those needed for registration in the HTAi 2011 Meeting.

The Organization of HTAi 2011 is committed to confidentiality in treating and safely storing the data provided by participants on all the event’s forms.

In the case of credit card payment, the credit card data are not recorded in the registration system.
