Welcome Reception
All delegates are invited to the welcome reception on Sunday, June 26th, 2011. Invitations for accompanying persons will be available for US$30.00. The reception will be held at the InterContinental Rio Hotel, the Conference venue. The reception will include live music.

Conference Dinner
On June 28th, 2011 (Tuesday), the Conference Dinner will be held at Churrascaria Porcão Rios. The event will provide the host organization with the opportunity to give a brief overview of the local culture and attractions, and offer delegates the chance to get to know each other. Dinner will be followed by a performance titled Show Aquarellas with the participation of Carlinhos de Jesus and a dance troupe. The optional event will be offered to delegates for US$130.00.



Activities for Accompanying Persons
MAC Viagens, a local travel agency, will provide a host of sightseeing activities to accompanying persons, including tours, excursions and much more.
